Backstory

Growing up, I was often caught playing with my parents' potions ingredients. I had a couple of near-misses, one resulting in the loss of my eyebrows and the other turning my skin a garish shade of pink. When I received my letter to Hogwarts, my parents were relieved; at Hogwarts, I could get structure and proper training in brewing potions. I joined the Potions Club almost immediately. By my fifth year, I had taken the lead of the Potions Club and was eager to assist my fellow schoolmates with their potions assignments. Many students passed Potions with flying colors (not to toot my own horn). I received an 'O' in my Potions exam, obviously enough, and scored 'Exceeds Expectations' and one 'Acceptable' in my O.WL.s. In my seventh year, I took the N.E.W.T.s, again succeeding in Potions but accidentally sent my Charms professor flying across the room during my Charms practical.

I graduated Hogwarts and immediately took a job at the Apothecary in Diagon Alley. I worked there for a few years while trying to establish myself in the potions community. I have since developed a few notable potions. I work part-time at the Apothecary in order to have more freedom in developing and perfecting new and existing (incomplete) potions.
