It was midday when Finley , Sage, and Madeline walked out of herbology

Henry blushed Then said, ``In the ...the boys bathroom second floor,”
Finley ,Sage and Madeline looked at each other then ran to the second floor skipping steps and halfway up the stairs a loud roar came from the left. Sage jumped which made Madeline fall which made Finley flinch. When They made it to the top of the stairs all three quickly pulled out their wands and headed to the boys bathroom. In the entrance a reddish gold dragon tail was blocking half the doorway and accepted a small whole at the bottom. They soon made their way through the whole and saw what They were dealing with, the head was red with gold speckles but the body was a dark orange with red speckles.
“ Stupefy,” yelled Finley
the dragon toppled over but quickly got up.
“ well okay any better plans?” asked Finley
“ Let’s you and me try it at the same time,” Sage said.
“ Okay,” Finley said.
“ Supefy!,” Finley said. and Sage in a loud voice
The dragon looked afle, Madeline felt a bit of regret for hurting the thing.
“ Ugh Madeline help us!, “Sage said.
“ STUPEFY!,” screamed all three of them. the dragon melted into a puddle and evaporated.

The rest of the day Madeline kept feeling a chill down her back as if someone was following her. Even that night she felt like someone was at the door. During lunch Sage asked Madeline some very weird questions like “what’s a BLT?”
“ A BLT is a sandwich,Why do you ask and aren’t you Vegan? “Madeline said.

“ Get on with it!,” Finley said.
“ Fine! Why’s a hamburger called a Hamburger?” asked Sage
“ I don’t know,” Madeline said.
“ Why are you acting so weird?” asked Sage
“ I don’t know-... wait what do you mean?” asked Madeline
“ You seem different,” Finley said.
“ what does that mean?” Madeline said.
“ I don’t know,” Finley said. then Finley 's older Brother Simon who was in Ravenclaw walked over and asked “Are any of you going into the competition?”
“ maybe,” siad Finley
“ You should,” Sage said.
“What Competition?” asked Madeline
“ Oh you go through all kinds of tests but only four students get in, two boys and two girls,” said Simon
“ Oh just leave,” Finley said. pushing her brother. “ Go back to your table”
The rest of that day Finley keeps Seeing Henry staring at her. She walked over to him after dinner.
“ Oh hi,” Henry said. rubbing his neck
“ Hey, How are you?” asked Finley
“ Will you be my partner next year for the competition?!” rushed Henry
“ What?” asked Finley
“ Nothing, Just um I like your shoes,” Henry said.
“ Well thanks? Bye!” Finley said. .
“ Bye,” Henry said then mummbled. “ I like your shoes? I’m an idiot!,”
“ Henry. Thomas. Bowens,” said a voice
Henry turned around “No...not..you- ahhhhhhh!” The next day Henry was not in any of the classes. Professor Lavish sent some teachers to find him but Madeline had a hunch where he was. She grabbed Finley ,Sage, and James. They all followed Madeline to the attic. Were Henry was tied up, with a bad cut on his head.
“ Henry!” screamed Finley , Sage hid her face in James Shirt, and Madeline pulled out her wand.
“ Well hello,” said a voice from the left “ Leila. Faith.Palmer, and Sage. Bell. Alder, Oooo- Joseph. King. Gooter. Ah Finley . Junip-
“ Do not finish that sencish,” Finley said. whose arms were wrapped around Henry
“ Ah just like your mother Finley . Juniper. Haleys,” the voice said.
“ Who are you?” asked James with his wand in his hand.
“ Me oh call me Mrs. Daron,” She said “ And thank you Finley , Sage ,and Madeline is it for freeing me from that dragon form.
“ That was you?” asked Madeline
“ Yes anyway you must be going and sorry about your friend,” said Mrs.Daron

Henry started to wake up so Finley picked him up and brought him to her brother.
“ He’s not heavy,” asked sage
“ Nope,” Finley said.
“ Wow,” James said.
“ Guy’s big question should I keep my name as Madeline or Leila?” asked Madeline
“ Oh Madeline for sure,” Sage said.
“ Madeline because I’ve only ever called you that,” James said.
“ Ya I like Madeline too but never mind,” Finley said.
“ um Madeline do you know who your Parents are?” asked James
“ Ya I do well at least there names my dad’s name was Lucus and my mom is Faith what about you?” asked Madeline “ I’m a half blood
“ Oh me my mom is Mary and my dad Josh ,” James said “ And I’m a Pure blood,”
“ Well my mom’s name is Kate and my dad is Nake,” Sage said “ And I'm also a Pure blood
“ Um my mom’s name is Clara and my dad's name is Richard,” said Finey “ i’m a half Pure blood as well
“ Cool,” James said.
“ What about Henry,” asked Finley
“ Oh ya his parents are Renee, and Peter,” said James “ And he’s a mudblood but his mother Renee’s sister was a witch so,”

They made it back to their dorms and Sage, and Madeline had a sleep over in Finley bed. On her nightstand she had three boxes which Finley quickly crammed them into a drawer.
“ what do you want to do?” asked Finley
“ Play Truth or dare,” Sage said.
“ Sure,” Madeline said.
“ Fine,” Finley said. rolling her eyes.
“ I’ll go first,” Madeline said. “ Finley Truth or dare?”
“ Dare?” asked Finley
“ What's in the boxes?” asked Madeline
“Um Fine well glasses, Hearing aids and a fold up wheelchair,” Finley said.
“ Why do you have a Wheelchair?” asked Sgae
“ Um my legs don’t work like they're supposed to, “Finley said.
“ Really? I didn’t notice,” Sage said. “ but I guess It explains your limp,”
“ Thanks!”
“ And Hearing aids?” asked Madeline
“ Oh 35% deaf in my right ear,” Finley said.
“ And I thought my life was hard I mean not knowing who my mum and dad are,” Madeline said.
“ ya,” Finley said.
Then a paper slid under the door
