After the first wizarding war, All of the Death Eaters and everyone who helped Voldemort was sentenced to a life in Azkaban. One of these Death Eaters was Lucius Malfoy, father of Draco Malfoy. His mother had died during the wizarding war and Draco was left with his father for the rest of the war. After all the death eaters were taken to Azkaban Their children were sent to orphanages. Draco met harry one day and they instantly became friends. Now They are both at Hogwarts and discovering who they truly are, and what they've always wanted. Each other. **IN PROGRESS**

~Harry's POV~
A big man with a beard told all the first years to board the boats. We all did as he said. Me, the girl - Hermione, and Ron all ending up in the same boat. We floated across a rather large lake to a big castle. Hogwarts. We all walked in, and the first years stayed behind. An old witch, Professor Mcgonagall, corralled all the first years and explained what to do. We were going to walk in to the great hall, and gather in the front near the a long table where all the professors were seated. The tall man with a long white beard introduced himself as the headmaster of Hogwarts, Headmaster Dumbledore, and welcomed the first years, and everyone else as well. The first name was called and he sat on the stool. The hat was placed on his head and murmured a few things before shouting Ravenclaw, which is one of the houses. Eventually my name was called. The while great hall went silent besides a few quiet murmurs. I stepped up to the stool and sat down. The hat was placed on my head and started murmuring things. I didn't know hat to think. It continued murmuring things until it finally shouted out Gryffindor. The hat was taken off my head and I hopped off the stool and walked over to the Gryffindor table where Ron and Hermione were already seated. The next name called was Draco. Again the hall went quiet minus a few low murmurs. His parents were the most involved on Voldemort's side. They were basically Voldemort's personal assistants. Draco walked up to the stool and before the hat was even placed on his head it called out Slytherin. He looked nervous, but also proud and walked down to the Slytherin table.
The next person called was Hermione. The hat was placed on her head and almost immediately shouted out Gryffindor. She looked smug as she walked to the Gryffindor table to sit next to me. Next was Ron. He was also given Gryffindor. Eventually everyone was given a house. Now that everyone was given a house all the other teachers introduced themselves. Professor Mcgonagall was the head of the Gryffindor house, Professor Snape was the head of the Slytherin house, Professor Sprout the head of the Hufflepuff house, and Professor Flitwick the head of Ravenclaw. Once all the teachers and staff were introduced the prefects lead everybody to their dorms.
