I woke up to Kye shaking me to get up. He had a very panicked look on his face, and his hair was disheveled, like he just woke up, which he probably did.

"Leah, get up, we have to leave. They have a search party looking for us."

I bolted upright. A search party, that meant that we had to find somewhere god to hide, and fast. I jumped out of bed and started throwing all that I had brought with me into my backpack. It pained me to not organize everything in my backpack neatly, but there wasn't any time.

"Okay, Let's go," we opened up the windows and jumped out and started running.

We were running for an hour at least, and we came to a small orphanage, definitely not the main orphanage, because the main orphanage was huge and looked like a castle. This one was small and looked almost like a house. There was a small chain link fence surrounding the property. We were dirty and already look like orphans, so we went up to the door and knocked.
