Dear Diary,
I feel that one day, I might forget my secret cupcake recipe, so I'm going to write it down in you. I hope my diary never get missing!!! This recipe is ABSOLUTE SECRET. Here is the recipe-
Chocolate and Red Velvet Heart Cupcakes-
-jar of Nutella
-whipped cream
-eggs
-milk
-flour
-butter(2 sticks at least)
-sugar
-red food cloring
-Lindor milk chocolate
-buttermilk
-almonds
-lavender
-lilacs
-water
-salt
-rose petals
In a bowl, put in one third of the jar of nutella, butter(half a stick), 2 eggs, half a cup milk, 1 cup flour, 2 teaspoon coloring, buttermilk, and a handful of almonds. Mixed together really fast for at least 5 minutes. DO NOT STOP UNTIL 5 MINUTES IS OVER. Then, add the sugar and 2 extra cups of flour and another egg. Using hands, crush the lilacs into small bits and add it to the mixture. Mix again for 3 minutes. Soak the lavender in a bowl of warm water with a half teaspoon of salt stir into it. After 3 minutes of letting it soak, pour entire thing into the bowl of mixture. Mix again for another 3 minutes. After that, unwrapped 5 Lindor milk chocolate into a small pan and let it melt with the fire turn to small on the stove. After 3 minutes of that, add to the mixture. Add in a pinch more of flour and half cup of sugar, mixed together really fast, then put in cupcake pan, put in the oven for 30 minutes, 200 degrees Fah.
When its done, take out, let it cool, and spread the top with Nutella and add crushed almonds to it. Also pour a little bit of buttermilk on each.
Secret ingredient- Before putting the batter into the oven to bake, whisper words of love into it. You can also hold the mixture to your beloved one who have die and whisper the words like that. Add in rose petals.
