Now I am convinced that you have read chapters 1 and 2.Today, let's begin a step higher in magic.We are going to learn about wild animals from the Forbidden Forest and the tame creatures from Diagon Alley.Let's start with one of my favorites, the hippogriff! The hippogriff is not half hippo and half griffin. A hippogriff  is a half horse and a half griffin.Why? In a European language, hippo, means horse.Now let's get to the dementor. A dementor, I'd say, isn't exactly an animal. But it's certainly a creature. Dementors are hooded creatures that are eyeless and  can suck the soul out of a human. They feed on happiness, joy, or any other kind of good feeling.They suck your soul out of your mouth.It is called the Dementor's Kiss. The dementor lowers its hood and sips the soul out of you and looks like a kiss.Now, our last creature, an Animagi. An Animagi is not a creature. It is a witch or wizard that can transform into animals.There are very few people that can do this.They are usually registered.I'd like to be an Animagi. I bet you would too.
