Defense Against Boggarts

Chapter 2
Well, if these creatures are able to become our worst fears, what do we do? Well, the only weakness that a boggart has is laughter. Not just any laughter, but true laughter. If I chuckled at something I did not find funny, this would barely phase the boggart. There exists a spell that was made solely for this purpose. It makes the target into something the caster finds funny. The caster will laugh at the sight of this and the boggart will be vanquished. Please note that it is better to handle a boggart with multiple people, so that the boggart gets confused.
The incantation is "Riddikulus", coming from the English word, "ridiculous" meaning unbelievable or hilarious. The wand movement is a simple, yet quick, flick of the wand towards the target. To cast this, you must have a medium amount of willpower and you have to put moderate focus on what you want the Boggart to appear like. Of course, the Riddikulus Charm can work on things other than boggarts, but they are the only animate target that this charm will work on. It is a static spell, thus the concentration needed is not flowing.
Some common ones are simply adding accessories to the target or turning it into a different thing. When casting the Riddikulus Charm, the more similar the outcome is to the target, the less concentration is needed. So, if I had a spider boggart and I wanted to turn it into a cat, the spell would need a bit more concentration. If I have a snake boggart and I wanted it to tie itself into a knot, there would be less required concentration.
