Hand-in-hand, Draco and Hermione walked back to their classes. Stopping next to Hermione's classroom, they released their grip.
"Thank You for a wonderful lunch!" Hermione said gleefully.
"You are very welcome Miss Granger!" Draco gave an exaggerated bow.
Hermione pecked Draco on the cheek and walked in.

Draco walked off. His heart pitter-pattering away. When Draco reached his classroom, Crabbe, Goyle, and Parkinson were all standing in front of the door.
"What were you doing with Granger?" Crabbe questioned.
"Were you guys holding hands just now?" Parkinson demanded.
"Explain!" Goyle howled.
"I-er- Um," Draco stammered.

When Hermione entered her classroom, she found only Harry, Ron, Ginny, Fred, and George. No teachers, no other students... just them.
"Hi, guys!" Hermione smiled at her friends, "Where's everyone else?"
Her friends just stared at her, their faces cold and mad.
"Uh... What's going on?" Hermione's good mood started to fade away.
"What do you think?" Ron replied in an angry voice.
"Wha--what do you mean?" Hermione knew exactly what he meant. Ginny had told Ron and Harry about her and Draco.

Draco was in shock. He couldn't possibly tell them about Hermione and him.
"I was," He tried to think up a quick lie, "making her do my Defence Against the Dark Arts homework for Lupin."
"LIE! You were holding her hand!!" Pansy yelled.
"No, no, I was Shaking her hand. Ya know, sealing the deal."
"SHE KISSED YOU!!" Pansy was screaming now.
"Pansy! Calm down! I would NEVER let a mudblood kiss me!!" Draco hollered back at her.
"Yeah, Pansy, I mean... have you met Draco?" Goyle commented.
Pansy glared at the three boys then walked off.

"Ginny told us about the note," Harry said in a stern voice, "and everything else."
"That was just her hypothesis but like I told her it was a reminder!" Hermione stated.
"I followed you during lunch," Ginny said, "I saw you and Draco."
"What are you talking about? I went to do some extra studying!"
"That does sound like Hermione, right, George? Fred suddenly started talking.
"Right, Fred!" George responded.
"Thank you!" Hermione said.
"But..." Fred and George said at the same time.
"But... what?" Harry asked.
George and Fred stepped off to the side and started whispering to each other.
"We may or may not,"
"Have noticed something in the library."
Fred and George finished each other's sentences.
Ron stared at Hermione in disbelief.
Hermione backfired at them. "Do you mean to say you saw me and Draco in the library?"
"Well, Yeah." They said simultaneously.
"Well, then I guess I should probably tell you guys now."
Everyone waited in silenced hesitation.
"I have been tutoring Draco. I didn't want to tell you guys because I knew how you would react." Hermione said matter-of-factly. She had a plan.
