Introduction From The Translator
Chapter 1
Being a student, many moons ago,
I had learnt much of the legend of fair Dagrun,
that Witch of much reknown,
whom tamed the sea, with a mere word
and walked across the ocean, in only a night.
Having discovered this rare jewel,
I sought to translate it,
from the primative language it had been,
so that more might learn from the words,
of fair Dagrun herself.
