So, I would like to simply begin by saying, these people, though brilliant, are likely not of the same mind as you. These wizards never were recorded going to Hogwarts though it is definitely possible that the records of their being here was simply destroyed. The great dictators of the world were extremely controversial in there time and ours. There are many people claiming "Hitler did nothing wrong" and "Stalin should have killed more people." However, I do not believe that (at least not officially) and I'm sure none of you believe that. But is there something there, in those minds, something valuable?

Now, I'm certain most of you would say no. And I'm here, not to simply disagree, but to prove you wrong. To prove that those minds, twisted and evil as they may be, were also genius in their own ways. That they were capable of so much. Of so much power and of so much death and of so much unification and of so much tearing apart. These men - they were primarily men - were extremely capable people. People like you or I surely thought we were as a child. People who thought that their ability surpassed others. The only difference is, they proved it. They ruled their countries, and they ruled their countries well. So well in fact, they though that they could handle other countries better than the country's own leaders and in time they gained an empire.

And with that, they easily proved to their opponents that they were capable. That they could. And yet, the wanted more, many of them at least. And a few of those, those that craved extra power, power not supplied by the rule of an empire... They wanted to start a war. A war of many, a war of pain, and a war of persecution. In this particular instance of course, I'm talking about World War II, and to a lesser extent, the wars of Vietnam, Korea, and the much more recent wars in Iraq and other middle eastern countries. Now, for the most part, the latter mentioned wars were more of an attempt to protect investments than anything, but you cannot say they couldn't have been fairly easily avoided with better congressional and presidential management. Because it very easily could have been. But America wants to assert its power over the world.

But I digress. My primary topic focuses on the historical implications of wizards when it comes to wizards, and though I may stray from that topic from time to time, and the dictators may have no strict order to them, bear with me as I generally have a point behind it all.
