Xin Mei is a pretty thirteen year old girl. She may act and be like any other girls, but the thing is, she's Chinese-American. Of course, she has a few friends who are pure Americans and she doesn't care. However, people in school always teased and harassed her. They never treat Xin Mei as one of them. They always leave her out of things. But luckily, she has her few friends by her side and she knows that as long as they stay on her side, nothing, NOTHING, can block her way to popularity.
