Werewolves

Chapter 5

Howls at the moon, eerie, bone-chilling outside your window. Teeth, fur, claws. Shrieks as the man turns into the great, dog-like beast, as the full moon appears from behind a cloud in the dark, black sky. Many witches and wizards consider Werewolves (in their wolf form) to be extremely dangerous creatures.

We must consider this true, for in wolf form, a Werewolf has absolutely no memory of who is friend, and who is foe, they just have a lust for human flesh. Though in wolf form they have no recollection of their normal life, once the Werewolf turns back into a human, they remember exactly what they have done in their other form.

However, Werewolves who are in human form can be almost completely normal, except for a pallor when the full moon approaches. Also, just like Remus Lupin, they can be a great friend!

Despite this, many werewolves are shunned from witches and wizards, mostly because of the bad reputations of awful werewolves such as Fenrir Greyback, who bites and tries to hurt others on purpose, even if it isn't a full moon.
