This is the diary of Hermione Granger. Diary entries will be added every now and then, to tell you of Hermione's journey at Hogwarts with her friends. To her, classes and books are the highlight of this incredible experience. But, obviously, friends are worth a lot too! Follow Hermione as she goes through Hogwarts every day, talking to her friends, going on adventures, and much more! She is currently in her 3rd year (hope that explains why the dates are in 2016)!

Chapter 6
Dear Diary,
It's October! The month of Halloween! I'm so excited to see the decorations popping up everywhere! And the new book by Winifred Harold, 'All Hallows Eve at Hogwarts', is out, which is the book I've been wanting to read for what feels like almost ages! October's a great month. Meg is becoming slightly distant. She's very attached to her friends Alisse, Ana, and Gina. I wish she'd pay more attention to me, but I don't think that'll happen. That's what makes October a bit sad.
Meg said, "I'm sorry!" loads of times, but it really doesn't help because she ignores me anyway. I guess it's just bad luck? No, that can't be it. I'm hearing her say the nicknames "Allie!" and "Annie!" and "Ginnie!" so many times, and it annoys me so much I can't even tell you. I wish I could plug my ears around her, but she'd notice and most likely get mad. I'm really starting to dislike Meg.
Oh, you must be kidding me right now! Meg and Ana are coming my way. They're very interested in you, so they'll probably see me writing in you and see the things I'm writing about them. I've got to go.
