As Wise as a Hufflepuff

Juniper Is a student at Hogwarts. The years are flying by and the end of Hogwarts is getting nearer each day. From potions to the Quidditch cup to possible romances, Juniper spends every day doing something she will remember in hopes of being able to cherish the moments she has left.

O.W.L.S (Revisited)
Chapter 15
I was sitting in my room. My room was painted a shade of robin's egg blue and there was a window seat that I would read on or look out on the waves of the ocean. I lived on the Coast of England, not to far from Scotland. My room was my safe haven, it was quiet, peaceful, and had a bookshelf with every book I own. I spend most of my time in my room when I am not sitting on the beach. I like the natural light of my room and the seashell chandelier on my ceiling. Suddenly, Athena lands inside my room. Athena is a Barn owl and I named her Athena because I read about Greek Mythology and Athena is the goddess of wisdom and her symbol is an owl. I sort through the pile of letters she brought until I find it, a letter from Hogwarts. I have been waiting for my O.W.L.S. results to come in. I open the letter and look at my grades. First there is the grade key.
O - Oustanding
E - Exeeds Expectations
A - Acceptable
P - Poor
D - Dreadful
T - Troll
Your Grades Miss Juniper Blackwell ;
Charms - O
Potions - O
Astronomy - O
DADA - O
Ancient Runes - O
Arithmancy - O
Transfiguration - O
Herbology - O
We are pleased to Inform you that you have been accepted into all the N.E.W.T. Level classes next year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. We look forward to seeing you next year.
Post Script, Under the Headmistress Minerva McGonagall you have been made Head Girl of Hufflepuff house.
When I finish reading the letter I am so happy I feel like I could dance. All O's oh my god. And, the fact that I am accepted into all N.E.W.T. level classes will open up so many new career possibilities. Then I move onto Maya's letter.
Juniper,
How have you been feeling? Did you get your O.W.L.S. grades? If so what are they. I got all O's except for in Arithmancy (You know Professor Vector.) Anyway I can't wait to see you in a week. My parents say we can get our Hogwarts supplies together and Practice Quidditch at my House. Oh I miss you a lot, my younger brother is starting Hogwarts this year and he has been following me around asking Questions. Oh, have you been made Head girl? I don't mean to be nosy but all my family talks about is flour and butter these days. Anyway, I hope this letter reaches you well.

P.S. Dean sent me a letter and said he wants me to be the Quidditch Captain next year.
When I finish reading it I smile then write back,
Maya,
I have been feeling great, you know, reading all Holiday. I got my O.W.L.S. grades and I have all O's. I will definitely bring my Dragonwing to your house. Yes, I know you have been wondering, I was made Head Girl. Which is a lot of responsibiliy but I think I can handle it. And Wow, I can totally see that you would be a great Quidditch Captain. Keep up the hard work and don't worry about your brother. We can handle him together. I hope this Letter reaches you well.

Then, I look at the last letter. It is from Peter. It isn't really a letter, more of a painting. Peter is really good at painting. It looks like a yellow piece of fabric and when I unfold it I realize It is the banner he made for me for Quidditch. But, on the bottom, he painted a Basset Hound playing with a Tortoiseshell cat. It makes me smile and I hang it up on a blank wall. No matter what happens to a friend or a loved one, you will have memories. And, one doesn't need to make those memories amazing, they can be simple, like a painting of a dog and a cat. Simple, yet beautiful.
