Sat 8th
Dear diary,
My plan failed, actually I think it made me worse, even with an early night I’m more tired than ever and now Dad tells me it’s going to be permanently day light while we’re here. Why didn’t he say sooner, Mercury days are 176 Earth days long. I’m never going to sleep with this much light. Well it’s just after lunch now, I napped when we got here, and we’re off to one of the open plains. We’ve set up a temporary Quidditch pitch and are going to have a game. The gravity is really weak here, it’s going to make playing tricking but it’s pretty fun.

I don’t think we managed a full game a such, brooms fly a little differently and who knows were the Quaffle was going sometimes. It’s almost bed time apparently, who knows. Well we do know cause we’ve checked the time back home, I’m never getting use to 24hour daylight. Good night diary.
