Babe
From the title this book looks like it's about a girl who only cares about her looks and social status, right? Wrong. Also if you like this book you should go read my cousin's book. Here's the link. http://hogwartsishere.com/library/book/861/

The Loch Ness Monster And An Ostrich Have A Child.
Chapter 11
I was sitting at the black lake with my friends. Sarah was reading a poetry book while Lilac helped Sam with a Herbology assignment. Luke and I were sitting at the edge of the dock making things out of some clay we found.
"What are some hazards of Gurdyroot?" Sam asked.
"I dunno, it's pretty stinky, if you ask me."
"Let's make a giant eagle out of this clay." Luke whispered.
I laughed. "Okay, Ravenclaw pride."
Luke and I started making the eagle. I noticed Sarah and Lilac had gone off and started talking. Luke stuck his fingers in the mud and made lines on his cheeks. I grinned and did the same. I turned away from Sam, Lilac and Sarah so they wouldn't see what we were making. I started making the beak while Luke made the tail.
"Do you need help with your work, Sam?" I asked.
"Nah, I'm good." he responded.
Once we had finished the shape I put grass on it to act as the feathers.
"Okay I think it's done." I whispered to Luke.
"Wait, we first have to name it. What about Rowena?" he whispered back.
"No it's a man."
"Fine then, his name is Roweno." he said.
I made a weird laughing noise. "Okay."
"Look at what we made."
Luke and I turned around with silly grins on our faces holding the bird.
"What is that?" Sam said.
"It's an eagle." Luke said.
"It looks like the Loch Ness Monster had a baby with an ostrich."
I looked down at our eagle and realized he was right. I was struggling not to laugh.
"What kind of noise would that make?" Sam said. "Raghfudreaaaaaaaaaa!"
I burst out laughing and dropped the eagle in the lake.
"NOOO ROWENO!" Luke yelled.
"ROWENOOOO!" Sam and I yelled.
I watched him sink to the bottom of the lake.
