But the question you are asking is 'why is the book title Babe?'. Well when I was thinking of titles I thought 'This book's about me, right? Why not name it something close to home?' So now you're asking 'Why is the word babe close to home?' This all comes from an inside joke with my cousin. I'm a family kid. My best friend is my cousin who is one year younger than me. Anyway, back to the inside joke. A year ago I was at school I was talking to my cousin (Who's name by the way is Sarah.) and this random guy came up to me saying 'Baaabe' with his fist up and ready for a fist-bump, so I fist-bumped him. He made a confused face and walked over to his girlfriend and put his arm around her and said "Babe blah blah blah....." So I realized I had just intercepted his fist-bump with his girlfriend. Beside me Sarah was laughing so hard she couldn't breath and was rolling around on the floor. The bell rang so she stood up wheezing. 

"See you later, Baaabe" She said fist-bumping me. Then she walked away.

After that every time we met we fist-bumped and said babe.
