Set realistic achievable goals for yourself fit when you finish them...you will feel good!
Do Not Set Unrealistic Unachievable Goals For Yourself! This will only make you mad or frustrated at yourself. But this is not a way to relate to chapter two of 'Anger and frustration'. This is not a ranting situation so don't put yourself there. If nothing else you will just look back on it and not be happy.
Back to the better part. Set goals that you are wanting to complete, that will push you, that are going to be hard to fulfill (but possible), you need to complete, our that seem fun to complete. These are all things that are going to keep it possible for you no matter who your are. And making one goal might even entice you to make another and so forth!
