Yes, again ranting helps here. One thing that i have noticed is that sleeping helps calm one down. Especially if you are tired. Also, doing relaxing thing such as listening to peaceful sounds, meditating, or doing relaxing work will calm you down. Watching movies, tv shows, or videos is not part of that list. One, you will most likely think about our most of the time and two even if you forget about it, it'll come back later.
