Chapter 1
I was rushing down the hall, afraid to be late for potions, as I did not want a detention from Snape. I had lost track of thinking of time thinking of this memory:
"These are the type of people you do not want to be friends with," I hear Lucius Malfoy say to his son, Draco. "B-b-but... she's not a Mudblood!" stammers Draco. "Well, I prefer you to go with that Pansy girl. I do not like suck-ups, especially Granger, and this girl is in Ravenclaw!" replies Lucius coldly. "We were only talking in the forest." complains Draco, as he has finally found a person whom he can relate to. "Yet you asked her for her name! Where is your honor, and what was her name, exactly?" demands Draco's father. "Her name is Moonlight. Moonlight Wolfeen." he replies nervously, as the Wolfeen family is not a pureblood family surname. "Fine. You may. But be warned, half-bloods can be just as bad as those filthy Mudbloods." And with that, Lucius left Draco, standing alone, feeling miserable. "Hey Draco!" I call, as I can tell he was in desperate need for a friend. "Oh! H-hi!!" Draco stammers, without the usual swagger he possesses. His cheeks turned a pale pink. My heart skipped a beat. My mother said that boys do that when they like a girl. But I waved aside the hope in my heart that Draco might actually like me.
I finally came back to the present. Once I finally got to class, Professor Snape has a sneer on his face.
