Godric Gryffindor was the founder of Gryffindor. He was one of the four founders of Hogwarts. He and Salzar Slytherin, Helga Hufflepuff, and Rowena Ravenclaw were the most powerful wizards of all time. So powerful they got rooms(houses named after them) When you become a first year you are sorted into one of the four houses. The smart and clever Ravenclaw . The Loyal and kind Hufflepuffs. Also the cunning and shrewed Slytherins . But what does it really mean to be a Gryffindor ?
