Chapter 2
No more hiding
No more forgotten tears
Today the sun has come out of hiding
Just like I have
No longer haunted by
Demons and ghouls
That you had left behind
With all your shallow empty promises
No more being left behind
To question everything that is wrong in the world
And how can you
A man who vowed to me years ago
That he would never leave my side
Did just that
How can you a once selfless man
Become such a selfish vile creature
Well no more
Questioning myself
No more fearing
It was my fault
For I shall stat a new beginning
Away from your toxic memories
Goodbye to the man I loved
Now a filthy rat
