Dear Joirnal,
For Christmas, I got a Journal from my mom and dad, and they told me to write in it every single day... I'm not sure that's going to happen, but I'll try.

So let's start with me. My name is Cassie-Jane, and I'm a Hufflepuff at Hogwarts. My mom is a muggleborn, and my dad is a half-blood, and we grew up in a muggle community. I love potions, although it gets kind of hard. I went through primary muggle school, and potions reminds me of chemistry. I dot have any friends yet... although it is a bit too soon to choose my friends. I've only been here for four months.
I wish I was able to go home for Christmas. I have tons of muggle friends back there, and I miss mom and dad, but they were in a business trip and I couldn't stay there alone. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to wait until Easter. I have to get back to studying for a Transfigurayion exam. Bye!
