Chapter 2
After Professor Dalloway went through the first part of the lesson, explaining the Three Kitchen's Golden Rules, what we would be learning about in this class, and explaining how the assignments would work, she allowed us to go off and find aprons to wear. I walked over to where the aprons were and looked through them all, trying to find the right one for me. I ended up choosing a white apron, with pale yellow stripes, and a yellow anchor on it. I chose this apron because it reminded me of a character from one of my favorite television programs, who, coincidentally, is a chef, associated with the color yellow and fish, hence why the apron reminded me of that particular character.
There were many students rifling through the pile of aprons, but no one was going for the anchor apron. The other students were all going for some of the other aprons, especially the "Sarcasm" apron, and the "Queen of the Kitchen" apron. I didn't really mind getting that apron, because as I said, it reminds me of a character from one of my favorite television programs. The enchantments on my apron are just a simple drying enchantment, though I'd like to add the rest of the enchantments to my apron, the self-cleaning, stain repulse, and heat proof enchantments, just in case.
