Her friend was here. Well at least Ruby. SuperNova was riding Spirit over, so she would arrive later. Naomi ran out of her house and down her long driveway to show them the way to her house. “ There are other pathways. They always confuse the other drivers.” she said to her mom. When they were done driving up through the labyrinth of her driveway they found SuperNova at her stables putting Spirit away. Once they got all their bags in Naomi’s basement they went to get the supplies for the wolf chow they were going to make. When they had all the ingredients they started to mix it and catch up on what had happened over their summer. It was now fall and the smell of pumpkin pie overwhelmed their noses, or as they called them sniffers. Once they finished laughing and making wolf chow they went out into the woods. They placed the wolf chow on the ground and hid. A little later a wolf pack came by. They sniffed at the chow and started eating. Naomi crawled out of their hiding spot to get a better look at the wolves. They all looked at her. She sat and the wolves slowly moved toward her. She saw that they were all different colors. She decided to name them. She named the grey and purple one Jess and the black and red one Aaron. Then the sky blue one Katelyn, and the dark brown one Laurance. Also the white on was hard, but she finally decided on Travis. Then She named the pack The Phoenix Drop pack. Her friends crawled out and started to play with them. SuperNova played with Laurance and Katelyn, while Ruby played with Travis. Naomi spent her time with Jess and Aaron. Jess and Aaron seemed to be the alphas of their pack so the small group of friends had to listen to them. Once the pack left they went back to the stables. They got their horses ready and left for a long ride through the “enchanted” forest.
