I can’t believe October went so quickly! My daughter came up to e this morning and showed me the front page of the daily prophet yesterday. Plastered across it were promises to find an antidote to werewolf poison before 2020, and something came over me. Which is scarier, my dear readers? That 2020 is in less than 3 years? Or 2010 was 7 years ago? Head spinning, I had to take a break, and asked Emilia too finish degnoming our garden. (Don’t give me a hard time now, she’s turning 10 next month!) So, I guess what I’m trying to say is life goes fast. I’m turning 45 next month, and I look to my eldest child (Jake, age 24) wishing we had more time to spend before he ran off to America to teach at Ilvermorny. This month, I challenge you, to put your feet up. Let the dishes scrub themselves for once, and take a break. Read this issue of WW, or simply play with your children. Enjoy these moments before they are gone forever, and have a happy November!
