Chapter 2: Diagon Alley

Kasey just couldn't believe it.
Her long light brown hair was let loose and wavy. The freckles that dotted her nose made her seem like an angel to most adults. But, her eyes were by far her most special feature. They were light blue and light green twisted together with tiny silver flecks sprinkled all inside her eyes. Kasey looked up at her mothers big blue eyes and chocolate brown hair and couldn't believe that the letter in her hands was to hogwarts. She didn't need to open it but she did anyway taking long steady breaths she read the letter.
At Diagon Alley
Kasey was extremely excited to be here. She was not expecting however, for Harry Potter to be there. Normally she was shy so to see the Boy Who Lived would be terrifying. What if he used his magic to hurt her! She ensured herself that she would use her magic to defend herself if he tried. She wasn't planning to meet him so naturally she steered clear of any rumors of where he was. She met someone in Flourish and Blotts. "Um excuse me" the bushy haired girl asked, "Are you going to Hogwarts?". "Yes I am" Kasey replied. "I'm Kasey". "I'm Hermione, let's be friends" "Okay" Kasey replied. Kasey bid goodbye to her mother and set off with Hermione to find the rest of her school supplies.
