Gormilath Tom Marvolo Riddle (31st December 1926 - 2nd May 1998) was a British Dark Wizard who was referred as Lord Voldemort and he was one of the darkest and the most evil and terrifying man ever known. He was born to Tom Riddle Snr and Meroph Gaunt. He was raised by the Wool Orphanage in the Muggle World. He then later taken by Albus Dumbledore started learning at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and was sorted at Slytherin. Due to continuous splitting his own soul he was immortal however his horcruxes got destroyed and he was defeated by Harry Potter. When he killed Myrtle Elizabeth Warren and later learned about horcruxes, he evantually created his second horcrux, The Diary, which was one of his best companion with whom he was able to share his thoughts, secrets etc. He had murdered a lot of people and used some of there death for the creation of his horcruxes. You may ask why did we shared his diary. This is because this diary had his dark secrets and it was important to tell what he did and how his actions and deeds has led him to his own punishment. At one time he became so dangerous that he started a wizarding war. When he got to know that a person born on 31st July will murder him. He suspected Harry Potter to be his killer. Indeed he was right and later when he murdered his parents and went for Harry, Harry was able to survive the attack of Voldemort that almost destroyed Voldemort. He later shared his soul with Quinorous Quirrel's body who died by Harry's touch. Voldemort later rose up because of the Rudimental Body Potion in 1995 Triwizard Tournament. Later when Harry Potter gets to know about Horcruxes he starts for hunting and evantually ending Voldemort's immortality and gets murdered in 1998 in 2nd May
