Werewolf's Sister
written by Hayley Solace
Piper was just an ordinary girl....or at least that is what she liked to think. She had no parents, they had died in a car wreck, and she was raised by her big brother. Nearly 23 years older than her, her older brother was more like a parent than a big brother. What happens when Harry comes into the mix? This is Piper Lupin's unusual 1st year at Hogwarts.(I don't own Harry Potter. Rights go to J.K rowling.)

Time Tables and Purple Eyes
Chapter 7
We followed the prefect to the Gryffindor Common Room. We came up to the Fat Lady Portrait, and the prefect said, "Gum Drop Strudels." The fat lady swung open, and she tried to sing. I covered my ears, and I said to Hermione, "Wow, she sounds worse than a dying donkey." We walked in, and my eyes grew as big as saucers. It was beautiful! Red and yellow curtains and fluffy rugs, comfy couches, and a warm, toasty fireplace to wrap it all up. I followed the girls up to the dormitories, where I saw Nox sitting on my comfy looking red and yellow bed. I got changed into my silk red pajamas and as soon as I lie my head down, I was out like a light.

The next morning, I awoke to the sound of a shower running. A girl with jet black hair and purple eyes came out of the bathroom. She smiled warmly at me. "My name is Cassandra. But you can call me Cassy. What's you name?" I smiled. "Piper." I say, getting up to come my dirty blonde hair. "I was just about to go to breakfast. Should I wait on you?" she asked me kindly. "If that is okay with you. You can sit with me and friends." I tell her. "People don't normally let me be friends because they think I'm freaky. Well, that is at least what they used to think." she said sadly. "Why?" I ask curiously. "Well, I'm muggle-born, and I have purple eyes. They either thought I was freaky, or cool, and treated me like I was a specimen, not a friend, because I was different." she says, smiling sadly. "Well, you can now be my friend, Cassy." She then realized she was in nothing but a towel. "Oh! I should go get changed! Sorry," she said, looking flustered and embarrassed. I get out my black robes and Gryffindor tie, and change into them. Then, me and Cassy walk down to breakfast, talking about our lives, and about each other. When we walked into the Great Hall, I see Ruth, and I smile, at wave to her to come over. She gets up and I say, "This is Cassy, Ruth. She's my new friend, and wants to be your friend, too!" Ruth smiles at me cheerfully, but then looks downcast. "I have to be at my table this morning, to get my time table. But I'll sit with you two from now on!" She then smiles once more, and skips back to her table. I introduce Cassy to Hermipne and Ginny, and then Professor McGonnagal comes by and hands us our time tables. I take glance at Hermione's, and it is filled. I look at mine, and and see that I have DADA first. This is going to be fun!
