Back when the earth was young and witch's and wizards were practically non-existant; there was a most powerful serpent. He was older then time itself and incredibly wise. As he moved along the earth he noticed these large boulders made of granite. He marveled at the unwavering strength of these boulders. "If only I could command creatures that had these rocks strength"! "Why couldn't I", he wondered, "I am powerful enough". He fashioned the boulders with heads, arms, legs and a torso. "Now", he said looking with satisfaction upon his creation, "come to life"! The boulders stood shakily and blinked uncertain of where they were. "My giants", the serpent tried out the new word, "I am your creator, follow me". The giants smiled goofily, "big snake". The serpent blinked, they were supposed to be smarter then this. "Apparently I did not give them brains"! Ashamed of his mistake the serpent fled earth and never returned. Meanwhile the giants reproduced and became a nuisance to the humans. Thousands of years later the giants followed Voldemort for he could speak the language of their creator.
