Curses and Jinxes are meant to cause serious harm to your opponent and give you the tactical advantage, but be careful, if miscasted these spells may end up turning on you.

Confringo - Causes target to explode may be used on people. Extremely fatal, was used to kill 12 muggles.

Crucio - The Torturing Curse, causes the target to experience extreme pain, recommended for one on one battles only.

Expulso - Causes a small explosion, not very harmful but extremely effective for blasting people or objects away.

FiendFyre charm - Summons a Fire that seeks out and destroys living things, may take the shape of an animal or creature.

Legillimens - Allows the Caster to access the memories, emotions, and thoughts of the targeted opponent. Although not very useful in the heat of battle it is extremely useful in interrogation scenarios.

Petrificus Totalus - Petrifies Enemy, most effective immobilizing charm, use in combat when you don't have time to take your enemy's out the traditional way.

Avada Kadavra - The Killing Curse, Extremely fatal, can only be counter-cursed not blocked.

Reducto - Blasts solid objects into pieces. Perfect if you are trying to make a ceiling collapse on your enemy. use with caution, misuse may result in the ceiling falling on you as well.

Ebublio - Traps Target in a bubble. Better for friendly duels, not for life-threatening combat.
