Dragons
Chapter 1
The dragon is probably the most well known beast in the wizarding world and the muggle world. In the muggle world they are commonly addressed in fairy tales and stories. The are the most difficult beast to hide because they are big and they receive a Ministry of Magic classification of XXXXX. The females are usually bigger and more aggressive though the males are also dangerous. No wizard or witch should approach a dragon unless they are highly trained in the skills they needed for the job.
Some parts of the dragon, including the hide, blood, heart, liver and and horn all have high magical properties, but dragon eggs are a class A non-trade able good.
There are ten breeds of dragons. Though some of these main breeds sometimes interbreed and make hybrid dragons. The pure bred dragon types are, Antipodean Opaleye, Chinese Fireball, Common Welsh Green, Herbridean Black, Hungarian Horntail, Norwegian Ridgeback, Peruvian Vipertooth, Romanian Longhorn, Swedish Short-Snout and Ukranian Ironbelly.
