Wand Woods

Chapter 1
The core of the wand can be dragon heartstring, Hippogriff feather, Unicorn hair, and Pheonix feather. My wand is Pheonix feather. The wood of my wand is Ivy. What is yours? Send me an owl and I will get back to you. If you have questions you can reach me at Artemis Ollivander. The woods can range in several areas of things such as a holly wand would mean great strength and protection and is great for charm work. Ivy is also great for charm work and protection. Alder wood is great for defense spells and I believe that vine is great for potions class aka charms. Acacia is great for defense. Apple wood is a wand fit for a dethroned eater as it mixes with dark magic. Ash is great for charms too. Ashen is great for defense. Beech wood is amazing for defense too. Birch is great for detection spells. Black thorn is great for an auror. Black walnut is great for charms. Cedar is great for defense. Cherry is amazing for charms. Chestnut is great for herbology. Cyprus is a great wand for a MEMBER of the order of the pheonix. Longwood is great for herbology. Ebony ties to transfiguration. Elm is great for charms. Fur wood is great for transfiguration. Hawthorne is great for charms. That is it for wand woods but wand cores are next.
Sorry if I missed any I am still a little new to wandmaking my self.
