in the end I started a depression awareness group hope was regained for me then I started writing books about my life about what I love but in the end . depression wasn't what killed me I overworked my self till eventually I collapsed the doctors tried very hard to keep me alive but it was no use they didn't know how bad it had gotten they had to pull the plug and I write this to tell you its not over keep going no matter what happens.
