I walked to father's room, where I found him in his bed.

 "Father, father, come quick!" I said excitedly. I helped father up and helped him as he hobbled towards the door. We squeezed through the crack of the door, which was stuck from the pony in the way. Father gasped in astonishment.

"Father, we could sell this to raise money for your medicine!" I said.

"No, no. Use this money to buy a home, find a companion, and to take care of yourself and your kids," Father said weakly."I want to die in peace in my comfortable bed."

"You can't do that!" I replied to father. 

"Who said I couldn't?" said Father. "Nothing can stop me."
