Why is Elizabeth always so mean to everyone? I was only trying to help her study, and she yells at me for no reason.

I walk outside to see what Katie is doing.

"Hey Katie" I say.

"Oh, hello Rose! What are you doing out here? I thought you were helping Elizabeth study." Katie asks.

"Well Elizabeth was....... well she....." I trail off in mid sentence not knowing how to finish it.

"The world's biggest git? I know. She's always mean to me, and I don't like it." Katie finishes for me.

"I don't like it either. But we just are going to have to deal with it. Maybe she'll be nicer as she gets older." I tell Katie.

"Yeah right. Do you want to practice cartwheels with me?" she asks.

"Sure!" I say.
