Going to Max's House
Chapter 4
Riley woke up one morning. Good news, it was Saturday. She just had an odd dream, a dream where she was in bed with Max, and they were kissing, and Alexia was crying in jealousy. Riley smiled for a moment, then her cheeks flushed. "Riley! Come here!" Riley's mom yelled. Riley instantly knew something good was happening. Whenever Mom spoke or yelled in an excited, jumpy voice, it meant something good was happening. Riley raced down the stairs, and to her happiness, Max was there, smiling. "There you are!" He said. Riley smiled greatly and hugged Max. Mom looked at Riley. "Anyways, Max invited you to his house." She said. A sleepover or invitation?! Riley was overjoyed! Max looked at Riley. "Do you wanna come?" He asked. Riley nodded. "Ok then, follow me!" Max replied. He took Riley outside and into his car, which was a limo that was black and white. "Hop in!" Max said.
----
As Riley entered Max's house, she opened her mouth at the sight. A golden chandelier hung on the ceiling, and the walls were filled with beautiful jewels and all that. Some golden furniture was around, including a beautiful and soft green sofa! The armrests were also golden! Riley got out her voice diary and wrote down "This place is beautiful!" on a page. She ripped it out and showed Max. "Thanks!" He said.
