Chapter 4
Lani had been thinking about making new friends for months and it was decided. Because Gerald did not let Lani speak and always bragged, Maple kept calling her stupid because she was a Hufflepuff, and worst of all Minerva was a rude insult box in the making she would just say something rude to Lani out of the blue. First Lani decided to confront Gerald. "Gerald I think we should not be friends anymore you talk to much no offense." "None taken, but Lani first of all you never respond it is like I am talking to a wall." "You never give me a chance to talk so please think about it" "Done." "Really it is that easy? Well, okay Gerald." Next to Maple. Which was convenient because Maple and Minerva were right next to each other. " You two, I don't want to be your friend anymore" Maple you call me stupid." "Yeah but you are a Hufflepuff and I am a Ravenclaw you might think your smart but you are not." " I on the other hand want to stay with you" Minerva said. Lani was astonished "Really that is so nice of you". "Yes you would make a wonderful minion". "Oh. well, I am not your friend anymore". Lani walked away and into her common room.
