Now let's discuss on the four types once more
Transformation- this is the most simple branch of Transfiguration which means to alter an object into another. Mostly 1st years deal with this. Transformation is again divided into three sub - branches but most of the people think that switching is not a necessary branch of transformation.
Vanishment- this means to vanish different objects. None have got any idea of where the objects could go. Some say that they no longer exist.
Conjuration - conjuration is a much more complicated branch THAN Vanishment which means to conjure different things. this is most probably discussed in the sixth years.
UnTransfiguration- The name explains everything. It means to undo the transformations we've done. It may sound simple but it's not really!
