Chapter Four - Roleplay [Unedited]
Chapter 4
[Rp. Three lines max, detail, etc. Bit of a fight happening towards the end of the starter.]
Lorana watched silently as the line of people in black placed a small white rose in a vase near the coffin, her green eyes cold and uncaring. Many people looked at her sympathetically but she merely sent a bored look towards them. It wasn't like she was sour about her sisters death but she had plans that required her to act like this. It was time for her to move on past this stage of a loving, caring, innocent girl. It didn't seem like the moment for her to be like that. Not with the issues back at her old home. As the line of mourners dwindled down, she joined the back of the line, clutching a blue Lily. It seemed fitting for Lana to recover this, as a reminder of their own tradition.
As she neared the wooden coffin, she pulled her small silver dagger out of her large clutch and slipped it in the pocket of her black jacket, glancing around. A person sitting in the back caught her eye and she stared at them intently, her black hair slowly falling out of its neat pony tail. It hung loosely around her waist in waves and she looked as she was the only person near the coffin. She stepped foreword and looked at the peaceful girl.
'Rest easy now, sister. I shall join you soon.' She whispered, slipping the Lily into her enclosed hands. 'I am always right here.' She took a step back and wiped away a fake tear, sitting back down on the pew.
Lorana looked around as people spoke about Lana, looking at the large white pillars that surrounded the room. White walls, white floors, white ceiling. It was too white. She shook her head in disgust and got up silently, walking out a side door. The open walls allowed her to look down the mountain and towards the setting sun, the last rays setting the sky in a pinkish orange. Her hands were folded in front of her, watching. She perked up when she heard a commotion in the room to her left and she walked over, her hand on the door knob. She tried to open it to only discover it was locked. She grabbed her dagger and slid it between the wall, her free hand gripping the door knob. It creaked open and she looked around the dark room.
Lorana's eyes widened as she's dodged a person being thrown at the wall beside her and quickly slid in, joining the fight. Her dagger in hand, she quickly ended a few lives and looked at the person tied to a chair in the middle of the room. Hostage, she thought, rolling her eyes. Of course. She was still hidden in the shadows as she looked at the bloodied face and back at the people. Only three left. They were quick to notice her, unlike the other fools. They charged her and one grabbed her arms from behind, twisting them. The dagger slipped out of her grasp and landed on the floor. She looked at them and pulled them backwards, raising her foot and placing it on their stomach.
Looking them in the eyes, she said, 'Give me answers and I will spare you.' Lorana demanded, using the old trick of promising something that wouldn't happen.
The man gulped and nodded. 'The boss wanted them locked up for a bit.' Lorana nodded and kicked him hard, watching as he stumbled back.
She picked up her dagger and threw it at him, quickly choking the one behind her. She sighed and pulled the dagger out of the man's chest. She looked at the person and frowned. Why exactly were they here? Guess she should get answers from them now.
'Why are you here?' Lorana drawled, sitting in the shadows before them.
