This is just what it sound like, a book that can teach you to speak and understand Parselmouth, but first we must define what Parseltongue is. Parseltongue is the language that is used by snakes, but human can use and understand it too. These people are called Parselmouths, which is what I will teach you to be today. I am not technically teaching you to be a Parselmouth, as Parselmouths are born, so you will basically be an artificial Parselmouth.
