The day of the exams arrived. They were all walking on the corridor to their exam class. The only ones that were prepared were Linda and Hermione, but Ron and Harry were not really prepared: Ron felt tired, while Harry was actually thinking about The Third Task. But Linda urged him and said:
“Sweetheart, don’t think about The Third Task now, especially now that we have our exams.” She turned to Hermione and she asked:
“What exam do we have first?”
“Errm, it’s Potions, with Professor Snape.” Hermione answered.
“Ugh, I hate Severus.” Linda said, in rage.
“I never knew you knew Snape’s real name.” Ron said, in surprise.
“I research them, in the Wizardry Wireless Network. But, most importantly, never call him that, unless, you’ll get a week detention. But I’ll not because since I’m a Professor-Student, I’m allowed. That happened one day, I nearly got detention. Because Albus came into the room, he said that I’m allowed from now on, because I’m now a Professor-Student.” Linda explained, in-a-matter-of-fact.
“Lucky you, I wish I was like that.” Ron said, gloomily. They rushed inside before the bell rang for the Potions exam.
When they reached to the Potions class, they had their equipment out and they were standing. Then, Professor Snape said:
“Now, your exam will start in about five minutes. Since you are five minutes early, you can revise for the exam, but you will be told to close your books when the time is up.”
So they all took their copy of The Facts About Reglesher book and they started revising. Five minutes later, the bell rang and Professor Snape said:
“Put your books away, take your equipment out and sit down.”
They all did as they were told and they waited for their papers to be handed out. But, Professor Snape said, taking the Daily Prophet:
“Oh, look at this: ‘Harry Potter’s eyes are blistering with the tears of his past.’ How touching!”
He said it so loud so the Slytherin may have a bit of a laugh. Harry and Linda had had enough. Then, he took the other Daily Prophet. He look surprised to this one that he did read it out so loud to let the Slytherins have a bit of laugh:
“And this, is so much touching than the last one: ‘Harry gets along with Linda and they end up kissing near the judges.’ Awww, love is really in the air.”
They both had had really enough of this. They really wanted to speak, but Malfoy said, grinning:
“So, she really is your girlfriend!”
Harry just frowned at him and they continued with their test. After a couple of minutes later, they left the dungeon and went for Divination exam class.
When they reached there, they began their test. It took a week for all the test to complete. After a week, in the evening, they went to Gryffindor Tower and Ron said:
“Finally, no homework. We’ll be free.”
“The time that we are free, is for studying, not for free time Ronald!” Linda yelled.
“Speaking of free time, darling, let’s head to bed.” Harry said, one arm on Linda’s waist.
“Come on then, I’m tired.” Hermione said. Then they went to their dormitories to sleep.
