Chapter 4
A/N I have had no time to write so sorry this is so late and short. I promise I'll try to be faster. If you like this writing however go check out my accounts on wattpad @-thedeepdark and @wintermelodies ! It'd be much appreciated!

Time was stopped. Was Mora doing this?

"Don't be silly Mora, it was me," said her father, basically reading her mind. He pulled her mother off the wall and put her on the ground. Time started again.

"This is why we didn't tell you, we didn't want you flying off the handle like you always do. You over react and bad things happen Mora," warned her mother standing up.

"You don't get to choose my fate, you don't get to decide that I'm dangerous and that I shouldn't know who I am. My whole life I have never felt like I belonged because I am barely human. I doubt I was even born in this world. You made me feel like I was an idiot for ever thinking that place was real. I'm going back, you cannot stop me," she spat.

"Yes I can, it is dangerous there-"

"Because we left it is more dangerous than it has ever been," I interrupted. "The reds have conquered all of the Caeruleus realm, and without the Warlock's son and the King's daughter they will all fall. I have to save them, they're my people. They're your people. Please tell me you can see that."

"I forbid it. I am your father and you will listen to me. I did what was best for you and you know it," he glowered.

"You cannot stop me, you can be my father, be older. Have had more time to hone your powers. But I am more blue than you will ever be, and I have an abundance of energy I have never used before. Reckless energy which limits have not been tested. If you test me, you will fail," I said quoting Sulu's line from Star Trek Into Darkness.

"Let her go Henry," announced her mother from the corner of the room.

"Let me handle this Beth, this is a decision for a father to make, not a mother," replied her father snarkily. In a flash Henry was flat against the wall hands stuck to his side.

"If you ever belittle me or your daughter again with your outdated sexist views you will be begging for death before you can can even breathe," threatened Elizabeth holding a knife produced out of thin air to the tip of Henry's sternum. "Do you understand?" Henry gulped and nodded.

"I thought I had knocked sense into you in Caeruleus but apparently I did not," she said upon releasing him. "I let you boss me around too much here in your universe. I will allow it no longer. You have denied your daughter her birth right, and have kept me from full strength for too long."

"Mom?"

"Yes sweetie?"

"You're a badass," Mora laughed.

"And don't you ever forget it. Take her back," replied her mother turning to Edmund. Mora had forgotten he was in the room. Edmund grabbed Mora's hand and pulled her out onto his horse. They road in eerie silence to the portal.

"You have been uncharacteristically quiet since we left my house, what's wrong Edmund?" asked Mora.

"Do they fight like that often?" Replied Edmund over his shoulder.

"All the time, why?"

"I heard legends about your parents. They were the perfect couple. He was the perfect gentleman never underestimating her. Their thoughts were perfectly in sync, every action every reaction. They were supposed to be perfect," he whispered.

"I'm sorry they ruined that for you, but no one is perfect Edmund. Especially not my parents."
