Ariadne Malfoy was two years older than Draco Malfoy (her brother). She was shy, independent (most of the time), she loved reading, and she loved nature. She wasn't short, but she wasn't very tall either. She had bleached blonde hair, icy blue eyes, and a cute smile. Her brother (and sometimes her mother) called her Ari.
"Ari come on hurry up! I really want to go to the river!" Draco whined.
"I'm coming Draco!" she said as she finished doing her hair.
She opened her bedroom door. She almost fell when her brother tackled her in a hug. Ari hugged back.
"Let's go Draco" Ari said smiling.
Draco smiled back and they went downstairs.
"Where are you two going?" asked their father, Lucius.
"The river to explore" Ariadne said.
"Be careful" said their father.
"We will" said Draco.
They ran out to the river. Ariadne lifted a rock and threw it to the other side.
"Look Ari! A Golden Snidget!!" Draco said pointing to something laying on the grass.
"It's hurt Draco" said Ari picking up the bird carefully.
The Golden Snidget tried to fly away but couldn't.
"I think it's wing is hurt" said Ari.
"Let's take it home" Draco said.
"Yeah"
They ran home. Ari was making sure she didn't drop the small bird.
"Dad we found a hurt bird!" Draco said as soon as they closed the door to Malfoy Manor.
"Let me see" said Lucius.
Ari showed the bird to her father.
"Is that a-a Golden Snidget?" Lucius asked.
Draco and Ariadne nodded.
"Can I keep it so it can heal, Dad?" Ari asked.
"Sure" Lucius answered.
Ari brought the bird to her room. She put it on her bedside table. She later on her bed watching the bird. Darkness filled the room, the only light was the stars and moon. Before she knew it Ari was fast asleep.
