The Three Types of Balls
Chapter 2
In order to play Quidditch, the players will need three types of balls which include the Quaffle, Bludgers, and the Golden Snitch.
The Quaffle is a big red ball that is normally used by Chasers* in order to score into one of the three fifty foot high hoops in the Quidditch Pitch. Keepers* also use the ball in the gameplay be defending their hoops from the Quaffle going through.
The Bludger, a ball that has two in a game and looks quite similar to a cannonball is coordinated to be used by Beaters*. With only two in a game, Bludgers are balls that Beaters may redirect at other players, causing them to either become wounded in a legal way of gameplay, or possibly knock them off their own broomstick.
The Golden Snitch is a pure golden ball that is the size of a walnut and wings sticking out from its sides, giving it the ability to fly. The player who focuses on on the Snitch is the Seeker*, who try's to catch it as it flies around the pitch at a fast speed, making it almost impossible to both see and catch it.
