After the tree incident Scorpius, Albus, James, and I started hanging out more. I said thank you to James more times then either of us could count.
"I'm bored"
"Well what should we do to get Scorpius un-bored?" I said.
"We could play hide and seek" suggested James.
"Ok" we all agreed.
"I'll count first" said Albus.
He started counting. We all ran outside. I ran to the edge of a lake behind a weeping willow (a different weeping willow). James hid behind a rock. Scorpius on the lowest branch of a pine tree.
"Ready or not here I come" we heard Albus yell.
He came looking for us. He was so close to where Scorpius was. Scorpius tried not to move but accidently moved and Albus found him. Scorpius and Albus were so close to where me and James was hiding. James and I gave each other a look that warned both of us not to move a muscle.
"I found you James!" Albus yelled.
He must have snuck up behind James cuz James jumped a little.
"Now go find Hope" James said smirking.
Albus came close to where I was but I went around the trunk of the tree. I saw something that made me freeze I took a glance up at the sky. How did we not realize it was dark? The werewolf came towards me and I screamed. Then James, Albus, and Scorpius came by my side.
"What's wrong sis?" Scorpius said
I couldn't speak so I pointed at the werewolf that was coming even closer. They all looked to where I was pointing.
"Run!" Albus shouted.
We all ran to my house closing the door behind us and locking it.
"What's wrong kids?" Harry said when he saw the look on our faces.
"T-there's a w-werewolf out there" I said stammering.
"A werewolf?" Ginny asked.
We all nodded. Lily looked scared.
"Kids go upstairs" my father said.
"Lily go with them" Harry said.
We all went upstairs and listened to what the adults were saying.
"We can't go back if there's a werewolf Draco" we heard Harry say.
"I know Harry, you guys can stay here" said my father.
I didn't want to listen to anymore of the conversation. I went to my room and looked out the window. I saw the werewolf standing by the door. I thought it saw me and I closed the window and the curtains.
"Hope what are you..." James never got to finish because we heard a shatter of glass from downstairs then screams.
"Dad!" Scorpius and I shouted.
At the same time Albus started running down the stairs. I grabbed his arm.
"Albus no!" I said.
"Hope our parents though" he said.
"Albus they would want Hope and I to keep you guys safe" said James.
Albus looked like he was going to cry but he followed us into my room. James and I stood on the outside of the door, guarding.
We heard lots of shouts and things getting damaged. I had my hand around the small wolf hanging from my necklace. We heard something coming up the stairs and we held our breath.
"Where are the others?" Ginny said running to the top.
"In here" I said pointing to the door.
""The werewolf is gone"
I opened the door to let everyone out. I ran downstairs. Our house was a mess. Glass was everywhere. My hand was still around the wolf on my necklace. I felt something burn my hand.
"Oww!" I shouted.
"Hope what's wrong" I heard my dad say.
"My necklace burned my hand" I said.
My dad came over to me followed by Harry. Dad looked at my hand. My hand was now red.
"Let's put some ice on it" he said.
I nodded and went to the kitchen and got some ice put in a back then held it where I had been burned.
"Ginny bring the kids down here!" Harry yelled.
"Coming dear"
Ginny, Albus, Lily, James, and Scorpius came downstairs.
"Harry, you guys can still stay" my dad said.
"I think we should, Ginny is that alright with you?" Harry asked.
I could tell Albus, Lily, and James were hoping their mother said it was fine. I could tell Scorpius was excited. I was also excited.
"I think it would be fine" Ginny replied.
