There are three main forms of Shadows, Two dimensional, Three dimensional, and Forth dimensional. All shadows are weak to light, but a strong enough shadow can win against light. All three forms of shadows share a few traits, they are capable of committing any act of any nature, they are mold-able, they are capable of harming life, and they can form from nothing. The three forms of shadows also have their own abilities.Two dimensional shadows can be controlled as easily as you can control your body, without much thought having to be put into the matter. A Two dimensional shadow has three abilities, to cause minor discomfort to the physical realm, steal the shadow essence from others, and to control other linked shadows, and their owners. The ability to cause discomfort to the physical realm is fairly limited, mostly causing little to no damage or simple tricks of sight. Not being able to effect the physical realm directly at two dimensional shadow must work through other shadows. When attacking another physical being you must aim for the shadow if you wish to cause any harm to the being. Stealing others shadow essence is most definitely not an easy task. Normally, in order to gain more shadow essence you have to kill a being and steal its shadow, to which you will then have to fight the shadow itself. You can not fight a stronger shadow and win, it is basic knowledge. When you fight another shadow you must take control over it, mostly my encasing it my your shadow until it gives in and willingly combines with your shadow, but in the case of stealing a shadow from a still living being you must force the shadow essence to leave the being and come to you, mostly through the use of force. As the beings shadow essence depletes it will get harder to take the essence, for a shadow is needed to live, eventually a beings shadow essence will become impossible to steal.
