Thana.

written by Hannah Rose

Thana means Death. That's what my parents told me. That's why kids call me Thana. It isn't my real name though. I don't use my real name. It doesn't suit me. I'm no Heroin. I am not my father. AUTHOR NOTE: The prequel to Hufflepuff! This is how and why Thana became who she is during my previous book. Honestly, I didn't expect people to like my book so much! Soo... Here's the next one!

Chapter 4: The Spell

Chapter 4
I wake up, not knowing where I am. There's this woman in a nurse outfit?
Oh. Right. I'm in St Mungos. I look down at my chest. There's no light emitting from it.
The nurse looks up.
"Oh you're awake now." She says kindly. "Breakfast will come up in a bit. Until then you should take it easy."
"What happened?" I ask my voice cracking. I coughed.
" Your parents brought you here, Lily. You had light emitting from your chest so we kept you here."
"I prefer to be called Thana."
"Of course sweetheart."
"No, I prefer Thana."
"Your parents put you down as Lily." She seemed confused. I remembered my meeting with my true father.
"Then change it, Nurse."
"Why?"
"Because I said so."
"Ok then. Thana."
"Well get on with it then." I glared at her.
"I'll do it later." The nurse smiled. 'use the spell...' Tom's voice in my head reminds me.
"Futarus Animam." The nurses expression blank. I get out of bed. Ready to do the next part.
