“Ok so we will be seeing you soon and collect that extra money,” Lisa stated very firmly. The kid lightly giggled at the way she very calmly made it clear that we would be able to do the job. So without any further ado we started to head out to the trail. We left the town later in the evening then honestly we wanted to mostly for two reason one fighting with the merchants and two Lisa. I can see that she has a lot of power on her side however; the shopping trip not so fun. Yes we needed supplies but some of the things that girl buys.
Shortly after our shopping trip we headed towards the path leading to the mountain trail. Since it was very late we decide to stop at a farm near the start. The lady of the house welcomed us quite warmly. We were able to get a good nights sleep. At the start of the next morning found the kid taking to the lady of the house, he had a small smirk on his face and she was laughing. Next thing I saw was her handing him a rolled piece of parchment. She then called everyone for breakfast, Lisa and Emo glided down the stairs with Amara sliding down the banister. When we walked in to the kitchen you can see this huge smile on the kid's face. It was like he was the cat who got the canary. “Okay kid what do you have up your shelve?” Emo asked as soon as she walked into the room. “Oh big sister, what makes you think I am hiding anything.”
“I am your sister what makes you think you can hide anything from me.” Emo replied smiling. “Don't worry sissy I will tell you later,” that little shit said.
The lady of the house then gave everyone a small smile as she served dinner. Later that evening we all gathered in the kid's bedroom to find out what he is up too. “I know you are all wondering why i called you here.”
“Look Kid we all know you are up to something just spill the beans.” Lisa said rolling her eyes. “Beautiful but no fun; anyways you know we kinda have a issue with a lack of map problem. Well I kinda found the wife of the mapmaker who died, and kinda got us a map.” The kid told us while he was looking down as if he had done something wrong. He then pulled out the rolled parchment. As he pulled it out it out it reveled a partial map of the path we were taking. Then Amara started laughing and the slapped demos on the back telling him good job.
