Should you wish to use the runes for purposes of divination, it is highly recommended that you take some time to understand their significance.

the will

DYADS: If you list the Runes in order, and start from the
center pairing them up, moving outwards towards the opposite ends of your list,
you get an interesting set of opposite relationships.

Eihwaz – vertical/instantaneous
illumination AND Jera – spiral/gradual growth

Isa – contraction/immobility AND
Perthro – Interactive evolution

Nauthiz – resistance,
self-sufficiency, internally generated fire AND Elhaz – acceptance, attraction
towards valkyrja/Asgardhr, godly cleansing fire of Bifrost

Hagalaz – determinant immobile
form AND Sowilo – determinant mobile force (AKA universal structure and individual
will)

Wunjo – Social Harmony/Balance
achieved through love AND Tiwaz – Social harmony/balance achieved through Law
